Yesterday, Miley did her performance at Dancing with the Stars and let me tell you, she did great! It was almost as remake of the original video, well it had a cage and she again had some colorful and exotic feathers. Nothing could have gone wrong, and if I were the judge, I would have chosen her as the actual winner. She was outstanding and did indeed impress! Miley did her moves and sang incredibly as well.

Dancing with the Stars: Miley Will Be Star

Its semi finals on Dancing with the Stars and this upcoming Monday the final four couples will be performing various routines in their last chance to convince and impress the judges before the three finalists couples are elected to continue on the season's finale that will be taking place in ten days, on May 24. It sounds rather exciting for all of those that watch the show, but for us, Miley fans, what is the excitement all about? It turns out that this isn't the only exciting thing happeneing this following week. Miley will be performing on Tuesday's show while the results are being accounted and she will present with her new single, "Can't Be Tamed".

For all of those that are willing to watch this show, it will be on Tuesday, May 18 at 8 p.m.

Supporting with the Floods and Promoting the MMVA's

So how often is our star left out of a concert for beneficial support?

Miley will once again take part of a Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery on June 22 in Nashville. The event will be hosted by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, which organized this concert to help raise funds for Nashville's recovery from last week's devastating floods. Other performers will include Carrie Underwood, Brooks & Dunn, LeAnn Rimes, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride and some more names to come. It is a total of 14 performers to be exact, and they are all big names in music. It is an honor that Miley was chosen, for 14 is not a big number and for her to make part of those top singers, is a complete pride.

But now the central question is different. What will Miley surprise us with? Will she impress us again with her new song?

I would also like to talk about Miley and her co-hosting at the MuchMusic Video Awards that will be taking place in Toronto, Canada! As the almost main presenter, Miley made this really cool promo commercial that is promoting the 2010 MMVA's!

What We've All Been Waiting For

"Ladies and gentlemen welcometo the museum. Tonight we are proud to unveil our greatest exhibit yet. A creature so rare it was believed to be extinct. Well tonight we shall see. Ladies and gentlemen, in captivity for the first time the rarest creature on earth: Aves-Cyrus."

With this statement, Miley's new video gave beginning! Its premiere was yesterday as you may have already known, and I would like to say that I am personally rather disappointed with it. I expected the song to be way better and have a better rhythm. However, it is a way of Miley to show who she really is and what she really likes. This i how she demonstrates all followers the Hannah Montana and Miley Stewart were only Disney characters that shall not be confused with who she really is.

The video presents Miley in a birdcage full of feathers in a museum. The actual video was very well done and the clothes were great! I think the production did a great job indeed and all those crops and features added were amazing. My favorite part was at the beginning when "Aves-Cyrus" is just sitting there in the cage and a viewer takes a picture. I found it very unique and fun that when the flash hit the "creatures'" eyes, it woke up and woke up the world.

After seeing the video I was like, Wow! Miley indeed "can't be tamed".

Hey Miley Cyrus fans around the world!

Sorry for not posting anything lately, but Miley's news have been so exciting and so many, that I just don't know where to begin!

Let's start out with:

Miley's new album I Can't Be Tamed will be released on June 22, 2010 in the USA.

The song I Can't Be Tamed will be the first single and will premiere and hit radio on May 3rd. It will be available on iTunes May 18th.

The new album will be available as a standalone CD, as well as a combo CD/DVD concert release. The DVD contains a full length, never-before-seen presentation from Miley's sold-out worldwide "Miley World" tour.

Miley worked with a number of producers on the album, including John Shanks (Jessica Simpson, Kelly Clarkson). The title track, the album’s first single, premieres Friday on MySpace and will hit radio May 3. “7 Things” collaborators Tim James and Antonina Armato produced and co-wrote the single with the pop star; Robert Hales (Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers, Justin Timberlake) directed the clip for it.

I hope it will surprise me! Im expecting so much from it! I guess you are too.

MMVA's

The MuchMusic Video Awards are coming up and our star could not be left out. Taking place in Toronto, Canada, the ceremony will feat and award some of the most famous music icons at the time that, until the nomminations, will remain unkown to the public. Building up the mystery? Could be, but the suspence will not remain for long since they will soon be revealed next month...we'll keep you posted.

Nevertheless, what does any of this have to do with Cyrus? Is she one of the nominees? Not quite. Being such an important event, our star could not be left out and instead of being a simple nominee this time she is actually taking the stage and becoming the co-host!! That's right people, Miley is going to be one of the presenters during all the action and will deliver various prices as well.

As if this wasn't honor enough, she is also going to steal the stage when performing various music numbers. As she puts it: "I'm so excited to co-host the MuchMusic Video Awards," she states. "I can't wait to get back to Canada and perform for all of my fans." She most surely should be eager for she will be presenting in an amazing stadium in front of thousands of people all ages who deeply admire her or another artist and has to rock the night.

But this is no impediment for our star. She has no sign of stage fright and will give it her all to deliver an amazing performance, as always.

Laughing Out Loud In Theaters

Miley's acting skills were criticized in her last movie, and critics demanded much more and perfection for her next one! But guess what dear followers! Even though Cyrus just finished filming The Last Song, she will be seen on theaters again really soon! Together with Demi Moore, Miley will be star in the remake of a French film called LOL, directed by Lisa Azuelos which will begin filming this july!

Cyrus will have to play a dramatic role, as a fifteen year-old who faces her parents divorce and her first heartbreak, while Moore will be playing the role as Miley's recently divorced mother. Here comes the discussion about the title of this film, what's so funny about this? Well, the title actually refers to the lead actress' obsession with instant messaging and her name, Lola.

Even though there is no set date for the release of this American project, Miley stated that this is only one of four movies that she is signed up for this year.

Against The Critics

As you may already know, after Miley's Walt Disney movie of 2008, Bolt, where she protagonized the voice of Penny, came out her last Disney production, Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009) which caused a huge sensation to all Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus followers! It was recognized as one of the greatest movies of the time for teens and youngsters with not only a plain plot and solution just like most films, but it also left a valuable message to the enthusiastic audience! Singing, dancing, and even crying was included throughout this extravagant movie, and after all, it always reflected Miley's life and the advantage of having "the best of both worlds". However, that wasn't expected to be Miley's last movie featuring Hannah Montana, but it was. :(

The Last Song which is now on theaters, has been the first movie starring Miley Cyrus as herself and not as the once pop star, Hannah Montana. It was expected to be a complete hit, but movie critics have tried their hardest to embarrass Miles and destroy her dream of being a successful actress. Even though they have judged Miley's skills and claimed her acting as unconvincing, her film reached the top five at the Box Office this week.

Sadly, it didn't classify as the top 3, but we still have to keep in mind that it has only passed one week since its release date, and even though it has been considered as a mediocre result by many medias, its rating levels can boost up in a few hours!

Ex-Hannah Montana Steals the Night

Apparently, even when quitting the show and the character Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus won the award for the best actress in the Kid's Choice Awards hosted by Nickelodeon, precisely due to her performance in the Hannah Montana Movie.

Accompanied by her parents, she gladly accepted the prize and blessed all those in the audience. That's right.... Miley seemed to be very connected to her religious side this very night and thanked specially God for allowing her to "spread her music" and receive such recognition. It was quite an emotive yet fast speech she delievered with happiness in her eyes.

With a gorgeous dress and pink heels to stand out within the public, Miley came to remember and thank for her time while on the show and deliver once more an outraging performance with incredible dancers and breathtaking props including her entrance in a real car. It really was quite exotic and dumbfounding which was exactly what our star was aiming for.

Nevertheless, I believe the best part of her winning such award was the fact that she is now able to confirm how important her Hannah Montana role is and how many kids around the world cherrish her for such. Her quitting the show is a decision she has taken and I know that even so she will get real far. She is a great actress and will achieve success in anything she puts her mind to. It is our time to support her and admire her for that which she wants to become.

This award is a great recognition and I know Miley thinks of it as such, specially because it was given to her by you: kids all around the world who really know who she is and what she is capable of.

Getting Her Own Place

Miley had made a promise with her mom, Tish Cyrus that she was going to live with them until she was at least 20. However, Miley is now 17 and is moving out!

Miley bought a place really near her parents house in Toluca Lake, California, which will help her mom chill with Miley's decision. Tish doesn't love Miley's choice to move, and maybe moving near them will take her to accept this reality.

Miley says her house is going to be gorgeous since her mom is an interior designer. She says that "It's like if your mom's a clothes designer you're always going to look great. My mom's an interior designer so my house is going to be perfect all the time." They decided to make a cozy and relaxed space for the teens first home. Pillows are placed on the floor and other simple features were added to make this place as comfortable as possible. Miley wants to live somewhere where she doesn't feel like she's going to brake everything around.

Even though her new residence is still under reconstruction, rumors have told that the star plan on moving near her 18th birthday this November!

Spectacular American Idol Performance

I am soooooo sorry I couldn't update you with what happened in American Idol, or anything else for that matter. I truly am so sorry but I was spending my spring break in a beautiful island that apparently cannot get connected to internet in any way.

Nevertheless, here I am and my task is to get you acquainted with all that happening in Miley's life. Let's begin where we left off: her performance in American Idol. I was so excited I couldn't take my eyes off the screen when the show came up. I got my camera and everything only to record her and, let me tell you, she truly was amazing. It is by far one of the best performances and one of the most suitable dresses that star has ever performed and shown. Singing her new release, "When I Look at You" she really proved to all that aside for her young age she really does have and enourmous talent and was an adequate mentor for the 11, now 10, finalists.

However, I believe that the best part of her performance were her words in which she not only helps the contestants keep going but as well shows to be one of them when she states that she couldn't even stand and be judged right there "face to face". I just loved the way she actually became one of them and gave them the energy to keep on going.

Aside from her act joe Jonas and Demi Lovato also performed and showed their value throught the new song "Make a Wave" that was truly catchy but that in no way outshown our star. The "couple of the moment" showed what they can do and gave the singers a few words of advice that will hopefully really help them further on.

At the end, another contestant had to leave and because of the fact that, acording to the judges, "it's got to a point where it's not working" Paige Milles had to leave the stage. Without even allowing her to perform because the judges claimed that regardless of what she sang she would go home (which was a unanimous decision) they simply adviced her to: "take yourself back to when we first saw you because you really genuinely has a great voice."

That was it, another contestant left and the 10 remaining will leave on tour with the recomendations set out by their mentor, Miley Cyrus, which we know and hope will help them in the near future.

Meet Miley Cyrus, the new mentor for the 11 finalists in American Idol. That's right. Our pop singer is now an idol for various participants on the show and will help each and every one of them improve their act. It's amazing, our pop-star, beside all the ideals and obstacles she had to face, now is too part of the show. Many didn't believe she was up for the part while others simply thought she just wasn't what the show needed but proving all wrong she is now part of it and will be performing soon.

But not alone. Acompanied by other teen sensations such as Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers, Miley promises to give a memorable show to all its audience. Presenting her exclusive song When I look at you and leaving the others to preform their own songs along side her's Cyrus is going to show why she deserves to be called an idol.

She's Got What's Needed

What was left...now our star is on the cover of Vogue. Our 17-year-old actress and ex-pop singer posed to Paris Demachalier in Paris, hahhaha ironic, to create the perfect look for Vogue.

Nevertheless, if you ask me, this look was far from perfect. I personally believe Miley has had many better pictures. Her hair is not how it normally is and that straight it simply doesn't suit her face. Beyond that I am not the number one fan of the color that she implemented on it or how it was done it simply doesnt look like her. Moreover, I believe the dress, designed by Versus for its spring/summer collection, was not the best choice ever and that production could have created a look that suited our actress much more than this one did.

But we can not blame it all on them, can we? It is more than obvious that our favorite star was not giving the varition she normally gives on photoshoots if this was her best picture. Just standing doesn't seem as great as it gets when it has been seen that Miley can come up with some really great and extravagant poses. Maybe it was because her boyfriend, Liam, was with her while on the shoot. Does he make her nervous? I wouldn't think so, but its up to each of you readers to determine if it is true.

Thanking The Troops

Miley and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus invite dozens of military families to the studio during the filming of the series Hannah Montana on March 12. "They surprised the audience by inviting them to take part in filming a concert scene for the show", as People stated. The kids were having the time of their lives, and they were even able to send messages to their deployed parents abroad.

"It's going to be a satellite thing where the troops can see their kids. It's really cool that they're having the opportunity to say hi to a mom or dad they haven't seen in a long time," Miley explains. "I think that's the coolest thing."

An End To The Best Of Both Worlds

Is this for real? Is the star Miley Cyrus really going to move on from the show and seek new interests? Sure seems so...The star Miley Cyrus seems to be no loger interested in childish

programs such as her own which were exactly that which made her famous.

In my opinion I believe this is pure nonsense. How could she possibly leave the show that open so many doors for her? I mean, before Hannah Montana began, Miley Cyrus was barely known by anyone in the music bussiness and once it started there was were she finnally began to be recognized by her enourmous talent not only as a singer but also as an actress. From then on girls from all over the world began admiring Hannah Montana not only because of the fun of the show but because of how good it actually was. Miley Cyrus then had the world to her feet with extrordinary incomes coming directly from the show and thousands, even millions of fans who adored her.

Now she only states that "As I've grown into it, I've grown out of it." Now it seems that Miss.I'm-too-good-for-this is really leaving not to come back and to focus far much more on acting than on singing.

That's right. Ex-Hannah Montana is going into the acting bussiness full time ad seems to have found what she desires to do the most. Sad as we are, we wish her the best of luck in her new decision and hope that it takes her far.

The Last Song

Hello Miley fans around the world!! I am one of you and may be even one of the greatest of them all. That is why I couldn't wait to tell you that Miley's new movie: "The Last Song" is coming up! I really just cannot wait to see it!! Look for it around March 31 you really and truly don't want to miss it...
